Nalaine Morin and Rachel Ambrus Discuss How The Culture of Mining Has Changed

Please join Women in Mining Canada and its “Trailblazer Selection Committee” in celebrating Nalaine Morin and Rachel Ambrus as the winners of the 2018 Women in Mining Canada Indigenous and Student Indigenous Trailblazer Awards. The purpose of the award is to bring national recognition to women in mining in Canada. By honouring women we hope to: draw attention to the important role women have in the industry, encourage young females entering the industry by presenting them with female role models and share success stories of varied backgrounds. Nalaine Morin and Rachel Ambrus will discuss how the culture of mining has evolved and the role of Aboriginal peoples. The webcast will be moderated by Lana Eagle.

Date: May 1, 2018
